
Analyst – Compliance, Data, & Metrics
Northern Trust seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst – Compliance, Data & Metrics to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to identify trends and risks and develop actionable strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Northern Trust’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update internal databases and related systems.
- Monitor changes in the industry and develop recommendations for changes in policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations to explain trends and potential risks.
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on compliance issues.
- Answer questions and provide advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs.
