Job Description

As an Analyst, Compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.   1. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of Northern Trust's compliance policies and procedures to identify any potential gaps or areas for improvement.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure Northern Trust’s compliance practices remain up-to-date.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes and updates to policies and procedures in response to regulatory changes.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies to serve as a subject matter expert for the organization.
  5. Provide guidance, training, and support to employees on compliance matters to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  6. Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify and address any compliance issues or violations.
  7. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information.
  8. Participate in external audits and examinations, providing requested documentation and information in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Assist in developing and implementing compliance training programs for all employees.
  10. Proactively identify and escalate potential compliance risks to senior management and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance-related activities and documentation.
  12. Stay informed on industry best practices and share knowledge and insights with colleagues to continuously improve Northern Trust’s compliance program.
  13. Serve as a brand ambassador for Northern Trust by upholding the highest ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity and compliance.
  14. Continuously evaluate and enhance Northern Trust’s compliance program to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
