Quality Technician

Our Night Shift Quality Assurance Technician conducts and monitors the completion of audits within their assigned production areas. Including audit/inspection planning, conducts audits/inspections, documents nonconformances and facilitates corrective-preventive action closures. They will monitor and facilitate quality inspection activities for in–process parts, sub-assemblies and Final Assembly Unit completion. Consistently uses quality tools and practices to verify and ensure Quality requirements for both internal and external manufactured parts and assemblies have been met. Investigates unit quality related issues and concerns related to product and processes. Retrieves, scans, images, organizes and maintains documents, such as inspection records, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items. Detail orientation required for considerable data entry. Willingness to learn and assist with other related duties as needed and assigned by manager.
