EHS Manager

Management of the online incident management system, sustainability performance metrics and Behavior Based Safety Observations program. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local legislation and codes governing environment, occupational health and safety regulations. Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines. Review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and design programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical and/or physical agents or ergonomic factors. Support and management of a leading indicators including Job Safety Analysis, PPE Assessments, Ergonomic Evaluations, Machine Guarding Assessments, Site Leader Safety Gemba Walks and Weekly Supervisor Inspections. Develop and implement accident investigation, data analysis, and recurrence prevention programs and procedures.
