Accounts Payable Accountant

Daily processing of accounts payable invoices and supporting documents Maintaining proper approvals and authority limits across the organization for processing invoices. Ensure proper GL and Cost Center coding. Identify and investigate discrepancies in accounts payable and work with purchasing in resolving purchase order issues. Processing vendor payments and maintain supporting documentation. Assist in pulling documents, in the course, of any interim and year end audits. Organize and assist with AP month-end close Other general accounting and office duties as needed. Fixed Asset accounting; G/L, reconciliations, Journal entries, variances, transactions, cycle count inventories, accounting schedules, tracking, etc., related to Fixed Assets. Special projects as assigned.
