
Account Executive
This is a dynamic Sales position that offers the opportunity to sell within the top growth channel for Nortek Air Solutions (NAS). The Account Executive – Mission Critical (MC) position is responsible for selling Nortek’s cooling products to the Data Center market place. This position allows for leveraging existing and new relationships to problem solve and deliver value add solutions with technical customers. Grow opportunities (number of opportunities and $) in the MC sales pipeline to 4:1 sales plan. Be an industry expert in the MC Data Center space. Attend / participate in tradeshows, seminars, online events as much as possible to market Nortek with the Data Center (DC) community. Work with Operations / Production, Sales Application Engineers (SAE) and NAS Leadership in the development of Mission Critical RFP / Bid technical responses. Make proactive sales calls and network within MC Key / Target Accounts that work in the Mission Critical space to deliver value add education and product awareness.
5 years of face-to-face Technical Sales / Sales management experience market
Experience technical selling with sales cycles that typically range from 3-12+ months
Documented sales history of exceeding sales expectations
Sales experience in construction a plus
