1. Accurately process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
2. Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse according to company standards.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
4. Use computer systems to track and update inventory levels and order information.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any inventory or order-related issues.
7. Assist in receiving and inspecting new inventory shipments.
8. Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring items are packaged securely and accurately.
9. Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to their orders.
10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory and safety.
12. Work collaboratively with other departments, such as customer service and purchasing, to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process.
13. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Nordstrom to customers and external partners.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
