- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise, checking for quality and accuracy.
- Prepare products for shipment to stores, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and stack merchandise as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Experience In Warehouse Operations And Inventory Management: A Warehouse Associate At Nordstrom Should Have Prior Experience In Handling Warehouse Operations, Including Receiving, Storing, And Shipping Products. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Processes.
Physical Fitness And Strength: This Role Involves A Lot Of Physical Work, Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes, Standing For Long Periods, And Operating Warehouse Equipment. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Capable Of Performing These Tasks Efficiently.
