You should also have a strong understanding of current fashion trends and be able to translate them into effective visual displays. Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing, customer-friendly shopping environments • Utilize creative and innovative ideas to create a unique shopping experience • Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and translate them into effective visual displays • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ensure all merchandising elements are correctly placed and displayed • Monitor inventory levels and restock as necessary • Train and mentor new Visual Merchandisers • Maintain store appearance standards to ensure a neat and organized environment • Monitor customer feedback and adjust displays accordingly • Collaborate with store management and other teams to plan and execute promotional events • Track sales performance and update displays accordingly.
