Visual Merchandiser

This role requires an individual with strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in visual design, art, fashion, or related field, with a keen eye for detail and understanding of the latest trends. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience with retail visual merchandising is preferred.

Responsibilities: • Create visually appealing in-store displays and window presentations to increase sales and brand awareness • Monitor and analyze customer traffic and sales data to optimize visual merchandising strategies • Ensure that visual displays are updated and maintained on a regular basis • Collaborate with store management and staff to plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives • Research the latest trends and develop creative ideas for effective visual merchandising • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner • Maintain accurate records, such as budget and inventory reports • Keep up with industry trends and new products to ensure merchandise is displayed appropriately • Ensure visual displays adhere to store policies and guidelines • Train and mentor junior members of the team on visual merchandising techniques.
