Strategy Associate, Enterprise Strategy

Nordstrom is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Associate to join our Enterprise Strategy team. The successful candidate will be a reliable and creative problem-solver that is passionate about driving results through strategic analysis and insights. This role involves working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and deliver on our long-term objectives.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a strategy role, preferably within the retail sector. They should have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 7. Monitor progress and performance metrics to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
8. Develop reports and presentations to support decision-making.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
