Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee product development from concept to delivery, including designing product roadmaps, managing product launches, and conducting post-launch assessments.
  2. Lead a team of Product Managers in developing groundbreaking products and services.
  3. Monitor the retail industry for emerging trends and opportunities to develop innovative products and services.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
  5. Manage product pricing and positioning to ensure competitive advantages in the market.
  6. Utilize strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to successfully evaluate risks and opportunities.
  7. Establish product goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.
  8. Drive product research and customer feedback to inform product design and development.
  9. Monitor performance and provide feedback to drive product improvement.
  10. Develop and manage product budgets.
