- Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new sellers for the Nordstrom marketplace.
- Build and maintain relationships with top fashion brands, negotiating favorable terms for partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sellers and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new sellers.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Nordstrom, promoting our values and commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Analyze data and track seller performance to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with potential and current sellers, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Nordstrom and attract potential sellers.
- Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to develop campaigns and promotions to attract new sellers.
- Stay updated on competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Customer Acquisition And Retention Strategies.
Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Potential Sellers.
In-Depth Knowledge Of E-Commerce Platforms And Marketplace Dynamics.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
