  1. Create and maintain employee schedules for the store, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and departments.
  2. Communicate with store managers and employees to ensure schedule accuracy and address any conflicts or issues.
  3. Monitor and track employee time-off requests and availability, making necessary adjustments to the schedule as needed.
  4. Coordinate with HR to onboard and train new employees, ensuring they are added to the schedule in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain an organized and efficient scheduling system, utilizing appropriate software and tools.
  6. Anticipate and plan for staffing needs during peak shopping seasons or special events.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and inventory, to ensure schedules align with business needs.
  8. Monitor and track employee attendance and punctuality, addressing any concerns with management.
  9. Assist with payroll processing by providing accurate and up-to-date scheduling information.
  10. Stay up-to-date on store policies and procedures, and communicate any changes or updates to the team.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, answering questions and resolving scheduling-related issues.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve scheduling processes and make recommendations to management.
  13. Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support store operations.
