
Scheduling Coordinator

- Develop and maintain efficient schedules for team members based on business demands and availability.

- Communicate schedule changes and updates to team members in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with HR and payroll departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
- Maintain records of team members' availability, time-off requests, and any other scheduling-related information.
- Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts and adjust schedules as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure smooth workflow and customer service.
- Regularly review and analyze scheduling processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to team members, addressing any scheduling concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures related to scheduling and time-off.
- Train and onboard new team members on scheduling processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to scheduling and overtime.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to scheduling and team members.
- Act as a point of contact for team members regarding scheduling questions and concerns.
