  1. Create and maintain the store's daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for all employees, including sales associates, managers, and support staff.
  2. Collaborate with department managers to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and departments.
  3. Coordinate and communicate any changes or updates to the schedule in a timely manner.
  4. Monitor and track employee attendance and time-off requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  5. Maintain accurate records of employee schedules and time-off requests.
  6. Assist with onboarding and training new employees on scheduling procedures and systems.
  7. Communicate with employees about their schedules and address any scheduling conflicts or concerns.
  8. Work closely with the store manager to identify and resolve any scheduling issues or inefficiencies.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure schedule accuracy and make adjustments as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures related to scheduling and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  12. Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  13. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve scheduling processes and procedures.
