  1. Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure proper coverage and maximize productivity.
  2. Coordinate with department managers to understand staffing needs and make necessary adjustments to schedules.
  3. Communicate with team members to ensure they are aware of their schedules and any changes that may occur.
  4. Monitor and track employee attendance and work hours to ensure compliance with company policies.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to employees by addressing scheduling inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  7. Anticipate and proactively address any scheduling conflicts or challenges.

  10. Continuously assess and improve scheduling processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Handle scheduling-related tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  12. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with team members and customers.
  13. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay current on scheduling software and techniques.
  14. Assist in recruitment and training of new team members as needed.
