  1. Manage and coordinate the schedules of sales associates to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
  2. Communicate with sales associates and management to gather availability and schedule preferences.
  3. Create and maintain an organized and efficient schedule for all sales associates.
  4. Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in staffing needs.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure all areas of the store are properly staffed.
  6. Respond to scheduling conflicts and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Coordinate with HR to onboard new hires and schedule training sessions.
  8. Maintain accurate records of schedules and time-off requests.
  9. Proactively identify and address any potential scheduling issues.
  10. Communicate professionally and effectively with all team members.
  11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to scheduling.
  12. Conduct regular reviews of scheduling processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures related to scheduling.
  14. Provide support to sales associates and managers with scheduling-related tasks.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a collaborative work environment.
