  1. Create and maintain a detailed schedule for all employees, taking into account their availability, preferences, and job responsibilities.
  2. Communicate with team members to fill open shifts and make necessary adjustments to the schedule.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of staff resources.
  4. Monitor and track employee attendance and time off requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Proactively identify and address any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
  6. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their schedules and any changes or updates.
  7. Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient communication and collaboration.
  8. Keep accurate records and documentation of employee schedules, time off requests, and any changes or adjustments made.
  9. Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to scheduling and ensure compliance at all times.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the scheduling process, making recommendations for enhancements or changes as needed.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding scheduling inquiries and concerns.
  12. Train and onboard new employees on company scheduling procedures and systems.
  13. Assist in preparing reports and data analysis related to employee schedules and attendance.
  14. Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among employees.
  15. Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by management to support the overall success of the department and company.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Scheduling: A Strong Understanding Of Retail Scheduling Processes, Including Creating And Managing Employee Schedules, Handling Shift Changes And Requests, And Coordinating With Other Departments To Ensure Adequate Coverage.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Employees And Management, Including Providing Clear Instructions And Addressing Any Scheduling Concerns Or Conflicts In A Timely And Professional Manner.
