Responsibilities of a Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate:

1. Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom and assist in restocking shelves and display areas with merchandise.
2. Unpack, count, and process shipments of merchandise and verify accuracy of inventory.
3. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and logging of merchandise, and report any discrepancies to the Manager.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
5. Assist in handling customer returns and exchanges.
6. Monitor store traffic and restock merchandise as needed.
7. Assist in merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, setting up displays, and organizing merchandise.
8. Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.
9. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
10. Other duties as assigned.
