Responsibilities of a Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate:

• Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor

• Ensure shelves are filled with the appropriate amount of merchandise • Receive and unload shipments and place in designated areas • Ensure merchandise is properly tagged and labeled • Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits • Participate in team meetings and training sessions • Assist in training new staff members • Follow company policies and procedures at all times
