Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate

Nordstrom is looking for an organized, self-motivated Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate to join our team! As a Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be responsible for accurately stocking and organizing store merchandise and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. We’re looking for someone who is attentive to detail, has a customer-centric attitude, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in retail/customer service. Responsibilities:

-Accurately stock and organize store merchandise according to established guidelines and procedures.

-Efficiently fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.

-Ensure product descriptions, pricing and placement are accurate.

-Maintain an organized and clean work environment.

-Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and professional manner.

-Assist with receiving, unloading and stocking inventory.

-Maintain knowledge of current promotional events and sales.

-Perform other duties as assigned.
