Responsibilities: • Stock shelves, racks and displays with merchandise according to store layout. • Receive, unpack and store merchandise in appropriate locations. • Maintain accurate inventory records. • Ensure store is neat, clean and organized. • Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and address any customer inquiries or complaints. • Assist in pricing, tagging and organizing merchandise. • Assist in creating attractive displays and promotional materials. • Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed. • Assist in the loading and unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks. • Assist in the processing of online orders and returns. • Operate cash register and process payments. • Monitor store traffic and provide support to other associates.
