Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate

Nordstrom is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate to join our team! This role requires someone with an excellent eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Maintain store inventory by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise according to company standards
3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
5. Provide helpful recommendations and advice to customers
6. Assist in creating a safe, clean, and inviting shopping environment
7. Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
8. Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
9. Assist with the training and development of new employees
10. Maintain accurate records and paperwork
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures
12. Maintain valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
13. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
