Responsibilities: • Manage the retail stockroom and ensure that merchandise is organized, well-stocked, and ready for customer purchase • Fulfill customer orders to ensure timely delivery of merchandise • Provide excellent customer service and support by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or problems that arise • Process returns and exchanges in compliance with company policies • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is restocked in a timely manner • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Work collaboratively with other team members to increase customer satisfaction • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions • Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times
