Responsibilities:

1. Monitor stock levels and ensure merchandise is accurately stocked and available for customers.
2. Receive and process shipments, including unpacking, tagging, and restocking.
3. Organize inventory and maintain accurate records.
4. Assist customers with their needs in order to provide excellent customer service.
5. Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.
6. Perform sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
7. Assist in store merchandising.
8. Follow company policies and procedures.
9. Develop knowledge of products and services offered by Nordstrom.
10. Stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
