Job Description

Nordstrom is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate to join our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of retail experience, the ability to quickly learn our products, and a deep commitment to delivering an exemplary customer experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, store, and replenish merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Ensure that customer orders are filled and shipped accurately and promptly.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to facilitate efficient retrieval of merchandise.
  4. Assist with unloading and organizing incoming merchandise shipments.
  5. Assist customers in locating merchandise and providing information about products.
  6. Maintain knowledge of the Nordstrom product line and pricing.
  7. Resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Assist with training new stock and fulfillment associates.
  9. Ensure that store safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
  10. Participate in store and department inventory counts.
