Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate

Nordstrom is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As the key liaison between the store and online channels, the Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate will be an integral part of the customer service experience. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a high quality of customer service by providing efficient, courteous, and friendly service to both in-store and online customers.
2. Assist with the receipt, stocking, and fulfillment of products in the store.
3. Maintain store shelves and displays in an organized and presentable manner.
4. Follow all policies and procedures related to store stock and fulfillment.
5. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to management on customer service and store operations.
6. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
7. Learn and use point-of-sale (POS) systems and other store technology.
8. Accurately enter data into the store’s inventory system.
9. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
10. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as organizing store events and promotions.
