- Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Unpack and organize merchandise according to Nordstrom's standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and communicate any discrepancies to management.
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock room and sales floor.
- Assist customers with finding products and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proactively communicate with management regarding inventory levels and any potential issues.
- Follow safety protocols and handle merchandise with care to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve stock room processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales promotions.
- Adhere to Nordstrom's policies and procedures at all times.
- Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
Strong Attention To Detail: A Retail Stock Associate At Nordstrom Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Accurately Organize And Maintain Inventory Levels.
