1. Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized by regularly monitoring inventory levels and restocking shelves and racks as needed.
2. Receive and process incoming merchandise, including unpacking, verifying accuracy, and labeling items.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify popular and in-demand products and ensure they are always in stock.
4. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to safety and security protocols.
5. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies and report them to management.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and pricing to assist customers with inquiries and help them find desired items.
7. Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
8. Assist with setting up displays and merchandising products to create an attractive and visually appealing store environment.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, at all times.
11. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
12. Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement solutions to improve stock management and inventory control processes.
13. Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about products and offering assistance to customers as needed.
