  9. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer service and sales skills through training and development opportunities.
  11. Represent Nordstrom in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
  13. Assist with merchandising and inventory tasks as needed.
  14. Actively participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  15. Collaborate with management to identify and implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
