- Utilize strong knowledge of current fashion trends and styles to assist customers in finding the perfect pieces for their wardrobe.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to make appropriate product recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by consistently providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
- Stay up-to-date on all product knowledge, including fabrics, fit, and styling, to accurately answer customer questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and maintaining visual standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Proactively communicate with customers about upcoming sales, promotions, and events.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to stay informed on new and upcoming merchandise.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork and supporting fellow team members.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
