- Greet and welcome customers to Nordstrom Kids' Apparel & Shoes department in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit or shoes for their children, using knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized department, ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to drive sales and meet or exceed individual and department sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster a positive shopping experience.

Experience In Retail Sales: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Sales Role, Preferably In The Apparel Or Shoes Department. This Experience Should Include A Strong Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Knowledge Of Kids' Apparel & Shoes: A Deep Understanding Of The Kids' Apparel And Shoes Market, Including Current Trends And Popular Brands, Is Essential For This Role. This Knowledge Will Allow The Candidate To Effectively Assist And Guide Customers In Their Purchasing Decisions.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: Nordstrom Is Known For Its Exceptional Customer Service, And Candidates For This Role Should Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills And A Friendly, Approachable Demeanor.
