2. Interact and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of the Kids' Apparel and Shoes department, including current trends, styles, and products.
4. Assist customers in finding the perfect clothing and footwear for their children, while also suggesting complementary items to complete their outfits.
5. Build and maintain relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to meet customer needs and requests.
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
8. Keep the department clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
9. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
10. Continuously educate oneself on new fashion trends and products in the Kids' Apparel and Shoes department.
11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive shopping experience for customers.
12. Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
