Nordstrom is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate for Kids' Apparel & Shoes. As the face of our brand, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers and make a positive impact on their shopping experience. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for style and exceptional customer service skills to help our young shoppers find the perfect outfits and shoes. If you have a knack for sales and a genuine love for children's fashion, then we want to hear from you!

  1. Provide excellent customer service to all shoppers, especially children, by greeting them warmly, assisting with product selection, and providing a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  2. Utilize knowledge of current fashion trends to help customers find the perfect outfits and shoes for their children.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and restocked.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
  5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including styles, sizes, and availability, to effectively assist customers.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
  7. Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve sales goals and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Stay informed on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
