Are you passionate about fashion and love working with children? Nordstrom is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate for Kids' Apparel & Shoes.   1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding and selecting the latest trends in kids' fashion.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and understanding the needs of young customers and their families.
  4. Maintain a deep knowledge of products and brands in the kids' apparel and shoes department.
  5. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and styles for children.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  7. Offer styling and outfit recommendations to customers based on their individual needs.
  8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  9. Keep the department clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
  11. Assist in receiving and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
  14. Act as a role model for junior sales associates and provide guidance and support when needed.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, colleagues, and management at all times.
