1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the store.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending products accordingly.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of current and upcoming kids' fashion trends and product knowledge in the Kids' Apparel and Shoes department.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized and attentive service.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
6. Ensure the department is always well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
7. Utilize company technology and resources to track and follow up on customer orders and inquiries.
