- Greet and welcome customers to Nordstrom, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customers' needs.
- Utilize knowledge of Nordstrom's products and brands to assist customers in finding the perfect outfits and footwear for all occasions.
- Maintain a clean and organized department, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and new product arrivals in the Kidswear & Shoes department.
