  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in finding and trying on accessories, providing expert knowledge on current fashion trends and styling advice.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  4. Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals and drive business.
  5. Stay updated on Nordstrom's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking and displaying merchandise.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient sales floor.
  8. Continuously strive to improve personal and team performance, seeking out opportunities for growth and development.
  9. Adapt to changing work environments and responsibilities, including working on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
  10. Uphold Nordstrom's high standards for professionalism, integrity, and teamwork at all times.

  • Knowledge Of Accessories: A Thorough Understanding Of The Accessories Being Sold At Nordstrom Is Essential For A Retail Sales Associate To Be Able To Effectively Assist Customers In Finding The Perfect Accessory To Complement Their Outfit.
