  1. Greet and welcome customers to Nordstrom in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, fitting, and purchases.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate and make recommendations to customers.
  4. Utilize excellent communication skills to build relationships with customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
  5. Maintain a strong sales mindset and meet or exceed sales goals.
  6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  7. Keep the Accessories department organized and visually appealing by restocking merchandise, maintaining displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
  8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Proactively seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  10. Adhere to Nordstrom's policies and procedures, including but not limited to, following dress code guidelines and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
