- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends and products in the Accessories department.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
- Keep the department and store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Prior Retail Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have A Proven Track Record In Retail Sales, Preferably With Experience In The Accessories Department. This Experience Shows That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Customer Service, Product Knowledge, And Sales Techniques.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Retail Sales Associate At Nordstrom Must Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Colleagues, And Management To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Achieve Sales Goals.
