  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding and selecting the perfect accessories to complete their outfit.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends and products in the Accessories department.
  5. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized and attentive service.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and make appropriate recommendations.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  8. Keep the department and store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  10. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to effectively inform and educate customers.
  11. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and safety.
  13. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, representing the Nordstrom brand with pride.
  14. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and store meetings.
  15. Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the Accessories department.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Retail Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have A Proven Track Record In Retail Sales, Preferably With Experience In The Accessories Department. This Experience Shows That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Customer Service, Product Knowledge, And Sales Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Retail Sales Associate At Nordstrom Must Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Colleagues, And Management To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Achieve Sales Goals.

  • Strong Fashion And Product Knowledge: Nordstrom Is Known For Its High-End Fashion And Accessories, So A Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Product Knowledge Is Essential For This Role. A Successful Candidate Should Be Able To Provide Expert Styling Advice And Product Recommendations To Customers.
