Retail Sales Associate

Nordstrom is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our incredible team! This position requires someone who is customer service-oriented, has a passion for fashion, and can work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have experience with retail sales, and be able to effectively multitask. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to customers in a professional manner
• Help customers find the products they are looking for and provide product knowledge and advice
• Achieve sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment
• Follow store policies and procedures
• Receive and process customer payments in a timely manner
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and replenishing merchandise
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
• Handle all customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies
• Collaborate with store team to ensure efficient operations
