Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service by building relationships with customers • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the products and services in order to help customers make informed decisions • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner • Process customer payments using POS systems • Ensure the sales floor is organized and presentable • Assist in merchandising and restocking shelves • Monitor inventory levels and take action when necessary • Participate in store promotions and activities • Assist with store opening and closing duties • Maintain a professional and organized work environment
