Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Successful Retail Salesperson At Nordstrom Must Have A Friendly And Approachable Demeanor, With The Ability To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers.
Knowledge Of Fashion Trends And Accessories: As A Retailer Of High-End Fashion And Accessories, Nordstrom Expects Its Sales Staff To Have A Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And The Ability To Advise Customers On Accessory Choices.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment, Is Often Preferred For A Nordstrom Sales Position. This Demonstrates An Understanding Of The Sales Process And The Ability To Meet Sales Targets.
