  1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers in the Accessories department.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and styles to assist customers in creating their desired look.
  3. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
  4. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to curate the perfect look for each customer based on their personal style.
  5. Effectively and confidently promote and sell products to meet sales goals and contribute to the success of the department.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized department, ensuring that all products are displayed correctly and appealingly.
  7. Embody the Nordstrom brand and values, consistently providing a high level of professionalism and representing the company in a positive manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
  9. Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends to provide customers with the most up-to-date information.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to loss prevention and inventory control.
