  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating customers' needs.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

  5. Assist customers with product selection and offer styling advice.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.

  11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  13. Attend and participate in store meetings and trainings.

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: A Successful Retail Sales Associate At Nordstrom Must Possess Strong Customer Service Skills And Be Able To Provide A Personalized Shopping Experience For Customers.
