- Provide expert advice and guidance on the latest fashion trends and styles in accessories.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect accessories to complement their outfits.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of different accessories.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and industry developments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
Strong Customer Service Skills: A Successful Retail Sales Associate At Nordstrom Must Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Exceptional Service.
Knowledge Of Accessories: A Deep Understanding Of Accessories, Including Jewelry, Handbags, And Other Fashion Accessories, Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Able To Educate Customers On Product Features And Benefits And Make Appropriate Recommendations Based On Their Needs.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Retail Industry, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
