  1. Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude as they enter the store.
  2. Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
  5. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the products sold in the store and provide information to customers as needed.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  9. Stay up-to-date on all company policies, procedures, and promotions.
  10. Adhere to all cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
  11. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the Nordstrom brand.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  14. Provide support to other departments and team members as needed.
