Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently • Answer customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable advice • Assist customers with product selection and sales • Maintain a neat and organized work area • Assist in stocking shelves, setting up displays, and organizing merchandise • Process returns and exchanges according to company policies • Assist with other tasks as needed, such as cleaning and organizing the store • Uphold all company policies and procedures
