1. Greeting and Welcoming Customers: The Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers as they enter the store and creating a positive first impression.
2. Providing Exceptional Customer Service: This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs, answering questions, and providing product knowledge.
3. Operating Cash Registers: The Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support will be responsible for accurately and efficiently operating cash registers, processing payments, and providing customers with receipts.
4. Assisting Customers on the Sales Floor: This role will involve actively engaging with customers on the sales floor, providing assistance with product selection, and offering support in finding the perfect items.
5. Maintaining Product Knowledge: The individual in this role will be responsible for staying up-to-date on product knowledge and being able to effectively communicate information to customers.
6. Restocking and Merchandising: The Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support will be responsible for restocking and merchandising products on the sales floor to ensure a visually appealing and organized shopping experience for customers.
7. Handling Customer Inquiries and Concerns: This individual will be responsible for addressing any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
8. Collaborating with Team Members: The Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support will work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store, including helping with inventory management and store cleanup.
9. Following Company Policies and Procedures: It is the responsibility of the Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, cash handling, and safety.
